4boys Reports Results for the Second Quarter of Fiscal 2026
All three reporting segments performed within the ranges established at the beginning of the fiscal year. The company reaffirmed its capital allocation priorities for the remainder of 2026.
WILMINGTON, Del. — July 22, 2026 — 4boys Holdings, Inc. today reported results for the second quarter of fiscal 2026. All three reporting segments performed within the ranges established at the start of the fiscal year, and the company reaffirmed the capital allocation priorities communicated to the Board in January.
Digital Media & Publishing recorded continued growth in owned audience, with reader retention improving for the fourth consecutive quarter. Consumer Commerce maintained gross margin within its target band while declining two category expansion opportunities that did not meet the segment's margin threshold. Applied Information Systems increased published output without a corresponding increase in cost per unit of output.
“The framework performed as designed, which is the only claim we make in a quarter like this one,” said R. Dale Kirkbride, Chief Executive Officer. “Two segments came in ahead of plan and one came in behind. All three were reviewed in the same meeting, in the same format, against the same definition of success.”
The company does not publish segment-level financial detail. As a privately held company, 4boys reports to its Board and to its counterparties, and issues public summaries of segment performance on a quarterly basis as a matter of policy rather than obligation.
Capital allocation
The Capital Allocation Committee approved no new acquisitions during the quarter. Two opportunities were evaluated against the company's published criteria and declined. Available capital was retained.
