This website is operated by 4boys Holdings, Inc. ("4boys", "we", "us"), a company with its registered office at 1 Meridian Plaza, Suite 2400, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. 4boys is the controller of personal information collected through this website.
Our operating companies maintain their own websites and their own privacy notices. This notice applies only to 4boys.life and does not apply to any website operated by an operating company within the portfolio.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to respond to you and to keep this website running:
- Information you submit. When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, organization (if provided), the category of your enquiry, and the content of your message.
- Technical information. Our web server records the IP address, request time, requested URL, referring URL, and browser user agent for each request, as part of standard access logging.
- Analytics information. Where analytics are enabled, aggregate usage data may be collected as described in section 7.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not submit, confidential, sensitive, or non-public information through this website.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry and route it to the appropriate internal owner.
- To maintain a record of correspondence for audit and governance purposes.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot this website.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use information submitted through the enquiry form to send marketing communications, and we do not add enquirers to any mailing list.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating a secure website; on the performance of a contract or steps preparatory to a contract where you are a counterparty; and on compliance with legal obligations where applicable.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that host this website and provide email delivery, acting on our instructions and under contract.
- Operating companies within the portfolio, where your enquiry plainly concerns that company and can only be answered by it. We will tell you when we do this.

6. Retention
Enquiry submissions are retained for twenty-four months from the date of the last related correspondence, after which they are deleted. Speculative job applications are retained for twelve months. Web server access logs are retained for ninety days. Records required for legal, tax, or audit purposes are retained for the period prescribed by the applicable obligation.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not participate in any advertising network. A session cookie and a cross-site request forgery token are set when you interact with the enquiry form; both are strictly necessary for the form to function.
Where aggregate analytics are enabled, they are used to understand which pages are read and to detect faults. Analytics data is not used to build a profile of an individual visitor and is not combined with information submitted through the enquiry form.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 10. We will acknowledge your request within five business days and respond substantively within the period required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. International transfers and security
This website is hosted in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including transport encryption and access controls limited to personnel who need the information to do their job.
