4boys Establishes Enterprise Source Governance Council
The council sets provenance and retrieval standards applied across the Applied Information Systems segment, and reviews exceptions on the same quarterly calendar as operating performance.
WILMINGTON, Del. — November 19, 2025 — 4boys Holdings, Inc. today established an Enterprise Source Governance Council with responsibility for the provenance and retrieval standards applied across the Applied Information Systems segment.
The council is chaired by the Chief Legal Officer and includes the segment operator, the Chief Strategy Officer, and one independent director. It sets the standards by which sources are admitted to a retrieval corpus, reviews exceptions quarterly, and reports its findings to the Board in the same format and on the same calendar as operating performance.
“We build the layer that decides which sources reach a reader,” said Ansel P. Grieder, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. “That is a governance question before it is a technical one, and it should be minuted like any other.”
The council's charter was approved by the Board at formation and will be reviewed annually.
