4boys Adopts Uniform Operator Compensation Framework Across Portfolio
Operating company leadership across all segments will be compensated against the same long-horizon structure, with vesting periods extended to align with the company's indefinite holding period.
WILMINGTON, Del. — September 8, 2025 — 4boys Holdings, Inc. today adopted a uniform compensation framework for operating company leadership across all reporting segments.
Under the framework, operator compensation is weighted toward long-horizon outcomes, with vesting periods extended to reflect the company's indefinite expected holding period. Annual variable compensation is assessed against the same four measures used in the quarterly operating review, and no discretionary adjustment may be made after the period has closed.
“Our operators think in decades because they are paid in decades,” said Priya Raghunathan-Doyle, Chief People Officer. “If the compensation horizon is shorter than the holding period, the framework is telling people to do something we do not want them to do.”
The framework applies to all new appointments immediately and to existing arrangements at their next scheduled review.
